* Nonsedating antihistamines with erythromycin, clanthromycin, and troleandomycin (antibiotics), and/or ketoconazole and itraconazole (antifungals)
* Decongestants with high blood pressure medication, antidepressants (MAO inhibitors), beta-agonists (medication for lung disease), and/or caffeine
* Any medication with alcohol or illicit drugs (cocaine, etc.)
